Understanding your program’s differentiating factors and communicating them to candidates in different markets is key to standing out in a crowded GME market. This session will review global b-school trends including applicant motivations, values and decision-making processes. It will introduce important concepts such as segmentation and positioning and apply them to Cave Hill’s outreach initiatives. You will gain insights into cultural influencers that affect when, why and how candidates apply, making you a more effective GME recruiter.
