Overview
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the age of grades will affect their ability to predict future performance. For admissions, this information is critical in determining how other criteria fit into the decision process. Although this is particularly important for postgraduate business programs that have a work experience requirement, the findings would apply to any type of program that accepts applicants with a wide range of backgrounds and uses previous grades as an important admission component.
