Joy Jones
CEO
Joy Jones is a transformational leader with expertise in leveraging new technologies to create innovative solutions for global markets. Joy became CEO at Graduate Management Admission Council in 2022, after five years growing and diversifying GMAC’s portfolio of GME preparation and assessment solutions as chief product officer and general manager of assessments. Prior to joining GMAC, Joy was VP, Products at Associated Press (AP), overseeing product portfolio and distribution platform management across the company’s multimedia content licensing, advertising, and content service businesses. She also previously worked at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as an executive with the Strategic Advisory Services and Telecom Media Networks consulting practices. Joy earned her MBA at Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and applied sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with honors.

Ashish Bhardwaj
Senior Vice President and Head, Market Development
Ashish Bhardwaj has more than 25 years' experience in Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and P&L Management across markets – North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East – in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. His area of expertise is building and scaling teams and businesses in international markets. Having joined GMAC in Jan 2010 as Regional Director – South Asia, Ashish was named Senior Vice President and Head of Market Development in Feb 2020. His team is responsible for growing GMAC’s engagement with graduate management education providers and aspirants globally, and delivering the Council’s mission and revenue goals. Prior to GMAC, Ashish served more than 10 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods, EdTech, and Financial Services industries.

Kevin LeFew
Chief Technology Officer
Kevin LeFew was named GMAC's Chief Technology Officer in October 2018. Kevin oversees GMAC's global technology roadmap, architecture and systems development. Kevin and his team are responsible for initiatives to transform GMAC's platforms and services to the graduate management education industry through digital technology. In addition, he serves as GMAC's chief security official. Kevin's career spans more than 30 years with a broad range of leadership experience in the technology and information services arena, both as a consultant and in leadership roles as Senior Vice President, Technology Services for The Teaching Company and Vice President, Technology and Operations with the Gannett Company.

Jennifer Martin
Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Development
Jennifer Martin was named GMAC’s CFO & Head of Corporate Development in January 2022. In this role, Jennifer oversees GMAC’s Legal, Financial, Governance, and Planning & Analysis functions. Jennifer also operates as GMAC’s Corporate Secretary, and branches of her organization are also responsible for delivering value & connectedness to the Graduate Management Education Industry. Jennifer joined GMAC in 2015 and her career spans more than 20 years in Financial Management & Market Research across public, private, and non-profit sectors, primarily within the technology space.
