Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
We welcome you to visit this Web Site to learn more about participating in TEAM MBA: Making a Difference One Degree at a TimeSM and the Tour of Hope®. You are not required to provide any personal information when visiting this Web Site. However, if you are interested in joining TEAM MBA, you will need to provide us with your name and email address. We will then contact you about team participation requirements and follow-up information, for example, information about how to join TEAM MBA in the Tour of Hope® DC Ride.
Access, Choices, and Control of Your Personal Information, Retention, and Security
GMAC® retains personal information, such as your name and email address, to the extent necessary to: contact individuals interested in team participation; provide them with information about the event in which they would like to participate, for example, the Tour of Hope®, and its DC Ride; and to fulfill legal requirements.
If your personal information, such as your name and/or e-mail address, changes, you may contact privacy@gmac.com to make modifications. If you no longer wish to participate in TEAM MBA, you may request to have your personal information deleted by contacting privacy@gmac.com.
Your personal information will only be retained by GMAC® for as long as necessary for your participation in TEAM MBA and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for appropriate administration and legal compliance.
GMAC® utilizes security safeguards incorporated within an enterprise security program. Information provided by you is not provided to third parties, other than to vendors providing administrative, technical and other support on behalf of GMAC®, and possibly to the organizers of the event in which you would like to participate, for example, to the organizers of the Tour of Hope® to facilitate your participation in the ride.
GMAC® reserves the right to share personal and other information as required by law, in order to comply with a court order, warrant, or subpoena, or otherwise in connection with a governmental or judicial proceedings or in instances where GMAC® determines that it is necessary in order to detect or prevent fraud or other unlawful activity.

GMAC® is a global organization with headquarters in the United States. Users of this Web site who reside outside the United States will have their data processed in, and transmitted into and out of, the United States.

GMAC® intends to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child we will delete that data from our records if possible.
