Keynote Speakers

Lindsey Pollak | Opening Keynote Speaker | Thursday, June 23

Millennial Workplace Consultant

Lindsey Pollak is widely recognized as the leading voice on millennials in the workplace. Often called a “translator,” she advises both young professionals looking to succeed in today’s work environment and the organizations that want to recruit, retain and market to them. Lindsey is the New York Times bestselling author of Becoming the Boss: New Rules for the Next Generation of Leaders and Getting from College to Career: Your Essential Guide to Succeeding in the Real World. Her consulting clients and keynote speaking audiences have included over 200 corporations, conferences, universities and business schools, including Barclays, Citi, Estee Lauder, LinkedIn, PwC, the Wharton School, MIT Sloan and the Johnson School at Cornell. Her advice and opinions have appeared in such media outlets as The TODAY Show, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN and NPR. Lindsey is a graduate of Yale University and is currently based in New York City.

Jenn Lim | Closing Keynote Speaker | Friday, June 24

CEO and Chief Happiness Officer of Delivering Happiness

Jenn Lim has been a consultant with Zappos from its start-up days in 2003 to the $2B business it is today. She created the Zappos Culture Book, an embodiment of how companies can use happiness as a business model to increase productivity and profitability. Jenn’s experience with Zappos, combined with her development of scientific frameworks for workplace happiness, created the evidence that happier employees = happier customers = successful companies (and meaningful lives). What’s more, she discovered that every organization can have similar results.
