GMAC® Diversity Net offers practical ideas, insights from colleagues, specific guidelines, and resources for enhancing diversity in graduate schools of business. Our goal is to help those who manage diversity initiatives, programs, and strategies in higher education to develop their skills, and to offer ideas and insights to all who advance this important mission.

GMAC Diversity Net was developed with insights from members of the 2007-2009 GMAC Diversity Advisory Group that was active during this time—individuals whose current work focuses on making business schools more diverse, and who graciously shared the lessons they have learned so that others might benefit from their experience.
