Member Schools

GMAC® member schools are drawn from graduate business and management schools around the world. Although the number of schools who are members is relatively small, more than 1,800 schools are valued customers because they use the GMAT® exam. Schools and programs that use the GMAT exam can avail themselves of the full range of products, services, and professional development opportunities offered by GMAC.

Membership is by invitation of the GMAC Board of Directors. Invitations are based on numerous factors, including the Board's assessment of the strategic interests of the Council, the prospective invitees' adherence to the Council's principles, and other criteria established or adopted by the Board.
