Position title: Director of Admissions and Financial Aid
Reports to: Graduate Division Vice Dean
Main responsibilities: This critical position in the Graduate Division reports directly to the Vice Dean. The Director of Admissions and Financial Aid is responsible for designing and implementing a strategic global marketing plan for the MBA program. The director works with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including current students, alumni, faculty and administration to develop a strong pool of applicants and yield a diverse and academically superior class. The director is also responsible for creating and implementing an admissions and applicant assessment process that will yield a strong and diverse class all of which will maintain Wharton's position as a premiere MBA program. Extensive domestic and international travel is required. The director manages a staff of 16 full time employees and numerous part time and student employees.

Position title: Sr. Associate Director, Financial Aid
Reports to: Director of Admissions and Financial Aid
Main responsibilities: This position provides leadership and direction of Wharton’s Financial Aid Office. The Associate Director works closely with the offices of Wharton MBA for Executives, Finance & Administration, External Affairs, Academic Programs & Student Financial Services. This position is responsible for developing and managing FY endowment/gift budgets, overseeing and administering services to full-time MBA, Wharton MBA for Executives East and West, and Lauder students; the Associate Director also provides supervision, training and resources for a staff of three. The Associate Director works closely with the Director of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid to achieve strategic priorities and implementation of financial aid strategies. Responsibilities also include keeping students informed of any changes to the financial aid process, conducting information sessions, and helping manage a large and complex financial aid portfolio.
