Main responsibilities: This individual will also be able to develop and execute specific training programs, and build corporate recruiter relationships within multiple industries. The successful candidate should be able to: Counsel students all on aspects of job-search activities; Assist Tuck alumni with creating job-transition strategies; Design and deliver workshops, trips, and other programs that focus on relevant career management topics, industry, and function specific issues; Network effectively with current and new corporate recruiters to strengthen hiring relationships with Tuck and attend conferences.

Position title:  Associate Director, Master of Finance Program Emphasis
Reports to:  Director, Career Development Office
Main responsibilities: To represent the CDO and Master of Finance Program Office to hiring firms and ensure the highest levels of student career preparation.  Working with the CDO Director, creates career development curricular materials and delivers comprehensive career education programming for Master of Finance students. Creates comprehensive Career Education Program to include career self-assessment, resume and cover letter preparation, financial services industry overviews, interview preparation and salary negotiation.  Identifies and solicits alumni, recruiters, faculty and outside vendors to support career education process. Provides individual career advising to students.  Establishes and maintains deep relationships with companies seeking to hire Master of Finance candidates.

Main responsibilities: The Graduate Career Services Director manages career services and related activities for Krannert's full-time, part-time, and executive master's programs (~700 students), including alumni services.  The position focuses on marketing students and programs to recruiters and managing programs and processes that help students prepare for and achieve their career goals.  Krannert offers a highly competitive compensation package.
