Requirements for Reimbursement
Primary or Alternate Representative of a member school must:

Sign in at designated area (4:00–4:30 pm)

Attend the Annual Meeting of GMAC Member Schools at 4:30 pm on Thursday, June 18, 2009.

If a representative does not sign in, travel cost will not be covered by GMAC and the conference registration fee will not be waived.
Note: Committee members who are not Primary or Alternate Representatives will be reimbursed for travel and hotel but do not attend the Annual Meeting of GMAC Member Schools.
A. Travel Reimbursement

No airline or train tickets purchased after May 29, 2009, will be covered.

All representatives and committee members are
required to use World Travel Management (WTM), the official travel agency of GMAC®. Air and train reservations are made by completing the
AIC Travel Reservation Form.

GMAC will cover the cost of the least expensive direct route to Baltimore, Maryland.

Vehicle mileage will be reimbursed at a rate of 55 cents per mile, up to the cost of the lowest airfare available.

Primary and Alternate Representatives must sign in and attend the Annual Meeting of GMAC Member Schools to be reimbursed for travel.
B. GMAC Does Not Cover

Ground transportation to and from airports

Parking fees, with the exception of fees incurred by primary and alternate representatives and committee members driving to the conference

Meals, telephone calls, internet usage, incidentals, or miscellaneous expenses

Rental cars
-
In-flight movies and alcoholic beverages

Penalties or fees that result from changes to air or train tickets
