George Yip - Friday Morning Keynote Presenter
George Yip is a leading authority on global strategy and marketing, managing global customers, and internationalization, and multinational strategies for the Asia-Pacific region. He is the former vice president and director of research and innovation at Capgemini Consulting in the United Kingdom. In January, 2008, Yip was named dean at Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University.
Tamara Erikson - Saturday Morning Keynote Presenter
Tamara Erikson, executive vice president at nGenera, is a McKinsey Award-winning author and widely respected expert on organizations and the changing workforce - on the shifting relationship between individuals and corporations - and on enhancing innovation and workforce productivity. Her work is based on extensive research on changing demographics and employee values and, most recently, on how successful organizations innovate through collaboration.
