Cancellation and Substitution

In the unlikely event you need to cancel your conference registration, please download and submit the cancellation and substitution form (PDF). Cancellation fees are noted on the form. We will accept substitutes for the Annual Industry Conference only. The last day to cancel your registration and request a substitute is June 12.
