• Testing among non-US citizens increased 18.7% in 2007-08 compared to the 9% increase seen in 2006-07.

• Testing among US citizens also increased 7.5% in 2007-08.

• Tests taken among US citizens (126,132) continued to outnumber those tests taken by non-US citizens (120,825) in testing year 2007-08.
