About the Study
Each February, GMAC conducts a private worldwide survey of business school admission professionals, inviting them to share early feedback on applicant volume for graduate management programs. This early bird survey provides a quick snapshot of end-of-cycle results for classes starting in January and a sneak peak at application volume trends for programs starting in late summer, early fall. In 2011, 267 schools participated in this survey, providing date for 567 programs.
Private, Timely Results
Survey results are shared only among respondents and are not availabe to the general public, researchers, the media, or nonparticipating schools.
Easy Participation
Answer just a handful of questions about your program application volume and receive a comprehensive report approximately two weeks after data collection closes. The report includes distributions of survey responses by program type, world region, US region, program competitiveness, and other characteristics.
Unique Information
In addition to receiving exclusive access to comprehensive survey findings, participants have the unique opportunity to create customized benchmark reports, a FREE online service that allows survey participants to compare their programs' responses against those of their peers. See how easy it is to generate a customized benchmark report for your school with this interactive demo. So far this year, 146 participants have generated 286 individualized benchmark reports specific to their programs.
