S/he manages projects related to marketing and recruitment, represents the school at domestic and international recruitment events, reviews applications for admission, interviews applicants, meets with prospective students and visitors to campus, and responds to requests for information. This person also has primary responsibility for technology/marketing including managing the Customer Relationship Management database and associated processes. Manages software packages and processes for online chats, web conferencing, and social networks as it relates to the prospective/applicant pool. Institution: Northwestern University Program: Kellogg School of Management Full-Time MBA Program Position title: Assistant Director of Admissions Reports to: Director of Admissions and Financial Aid Main responsibilities: Participate in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process for the full-time MBA program, including interviewing applicants, evaluating applications, and conducting group presentations. Plan, organize and participate in domestic and/or international recruiting events and activities for prospective students. Assist in managing the selection, training, and supervision of volunteer alumni interviewers, along with coordinating interviews for applicants with alumni interviewers.
