Main responsibilities: The Associate Director will oversee admissions processing, supervise support staff, represent the MBA Program at domestic and international recruitment events, facilitate information sessions, conduct admission interviews, coordinate the on-campus visit program, advise the Student Admissions Council, and review and evaluate applications as a member of the admissions committee. The Associate Director will also assist in the development and implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies.

Main responsibilities:  This position serves as a recruiter of domestic and international students for the Carey Business School full-time programs and as a member of the admissions selection committee. Flexible work scheduling, some night and weekend work and extensive domestic and international travel are required.  Responsibilities include assisting with the development of strategies, initiatives and programs that ensure successful attraction, recruitment and retention of high caliber domestic and international students; working collaboratively with the admissions team, faculty, staff, and administration in addressing outreach and recruitment issues; assisting with the planning, editing and review of marketing publications and other responsibilities.
