John H. Adamski is the new director, graduate admissions, for LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. He was formerly a sales and marketing executive at Unisys Corporation where he held many senior staff and field management positions. Adamski holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University and an MBA from Drexel University.

Damon Caldwell recently joined the American University Kogod School of Business as the director of enrollment management. Previously, he served as an associate director of admissions at the Yale School of Management. Caldwell earned a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Annie Dolan joined the master’s admissions team at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business in July 2007. Prior to joining the Tepper School of Business, Annie was a career advisor/graduate assistant at Carnegie Mellon University's H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management. Dolan holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Lycoming College and a master’s in student affairs in higher education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey M. Fischer has been appointed director of the MBA Career Management Center at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. Previously, Fischer was cofounder and managing partner of a registered investment advisor firm specializing in hedge funds. He also maintained an independent consulting and executive coaching practice. Before these ventures, he co-led talent development for investment banking at Goldman Sachs in New York. Fischer has a PhD in psychology from the University of Florida, an MBA in finance from New York University, master’s degrees in psychology and education from Columbia University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lafayette College.

Mary Goss was promoted to senior director, MBA program, at the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. Goss formerly served as senior director of admissions and student services for the college. Before joining University of Notre Dame in August 2003, she was director of admissions and student services for Wake Forest University. She also worked in admissions for Pepperdine University and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Goss earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University.
