Main responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, direct merit financial aid, and provide exceptional leadership in graduate admissions operations. Specific responsibilities include leading campus and regional information sessions and participating in graduate recruitment travel; overseeing applicant evaluation and communications with prospective students; managing an enrollment database system and annual operating budget.
