Main responsibilities: The Associate Director will have primary responsibility for the development of recruitment and enrollment efforts for the Professional Evening MBA (PEMBA) programs in Boston and Tyngsboro, as well as the MS Investment Management program. This will require establishing strong relationships with key employers, alumni, and prospective students to develop important networks for increasing applicants to the above programs. The position will have secondary responsibilities providing support for outreach efforts related to the full-time MBA programs.

Main responsibilities: The assistant director manages projects with an emphasis on marketing, including two major project areas: underrepresented minority outreach/yield efforts and daily campus programs, including the integration of current student involvement in admissions office activities. Has direct management responsibility for one marketing analyst. Serves as a member of the MBA Admissions Board, which selects the MBA class and formulates admissions policy. Evaluates written application materials and interviews candidates for admission. Develops expertise and familiarity with applicants from particular regions of the world. Participates in cross-functional team projects relating to the MBA Program or other areas of HBS. Interacts extensively with applicants, alumni, and faculty. Travel, including international travel, is required.

Main responsibilities: Represent Mills College to prospective graduate students through recruitment travel, college fairs, and events that support recruitment for the eight graduate programs on campus. Meet with individual prospective students. Interact professionally with all internal and external customers, develop strong relationships with the heads of all the graduate programs and support them in their recruiting efforts. Design and implement an effective recruiting plan based on the uniqueness of each graduate program. Help programs design strategies for reaching their recruitment goals while working closely with the entire admissions team.

Plans, organizes, and directs the operational aspects of the admissions process, making sure deadlines are met. Serves as office manager. Coordinates admission websites maintenance. Works with Computer Services annually on updating, testing, and implementing the online applications, enrollment site, and databases. Manages admissions processing staff.
