The numbers are in. In calendar year 2003, a total of 218,037 GMAT® tests were taken worldwide—145,707 in the United States and 72,330 outside the United States. The total worldwide volume represents a 12.66% decline from the total worldwide test-taking volume in 2002.
The table below shows the year-end data reported in December of each calendar year. (Please note that year-end data reported here may be different from volume numbers later reported in official documents because of tests deemed invalid or unreportable after initial volume is reported.)
