School Helpline for Test Capacity Issues

GMAC® recently launched a new helpline to assist schools that have queries about test capacity.

As we announced at our annual conference, GMAC® now has a helpline to aid GMAT® using schools with test-capacity issues. This is a dedicated phone line and a trained agent will be on hand to answer questions about testing capacity.

The GMAC® School Helpline is for regional systemic or deadline-related problems with access to the GMAT® exam—individual test takers should still contact customer service for scheduling help. Callers will be asked for information supporting their request. They should be prepared to discuss the number of people affected and to give other pertinent information. Capacity analysts will then investigate the problem and possible solutions. Response times will vary, but should average about three business days.

GMAC® School Helpline: +1-866-411-4628
Hours of operation:
U.S. Call Center: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST

If you have any questions about this new service, please contact Joanna Graham, Manager, GMAT® Candidate, at +1-703-245-0604 or jgraham@gmac.com.
