GMAC to Distribute New GMAT Score Recipient Codes
Schools that use the GMAT® will soon receive new score recipient codes that will pave the way for more comprehensive access to score information.
As GMAC® proceeds with improvements to GMAT® services, we are assigning business schools new score-recipient codes that will provide more detailed information about where test takers send their scores. The new codes will give your staff access to more valuable intelligence to use in marketing and competitive analysis. They will be announced this April and are scheduled to go into effect in January 2006.

Although the new codes will not be activated until next year, we are distributing them early to provide your staff with ample time to include the new information in materials distributed to potential students, including viewbooks. Old school codes will remain valid, however, ensuring that GMAT® scores make it to your admissions office even if test takers do not use the new codes.

To ensure that your staff members have all the information they need about the GMAT® vendor transition, the News Center on gmac.com, our electronic newsletters, and quarterly mailings will carry all the latest GMAT® news.

If you or your staff have questions about the GMAT® vendor transition, please contact us at gmattransition@gmac.com.
