This document provides context and a holistic view of the 2008 Corporate Recruiters survey results. Conducted annually since 2001, this survey of corporate recruiters who hire business graduates gauges employer expectations, gathers information that employers can use to develop recruiting and hiring plans, and provides comprehensive data to business school professionals for benchmarking purposes. Topics include current economic conditions and MBA hiring projections, value of MBA employees, differentiation of business graduates, MBA recruiting and retention strategies, and employer opinions regarding candidate and business success during times of recession.
