GMAT® Score Management

Candidate Rosters

Every quarter, you will receive a roster of candidates (and their scores) who have sent scores to your program. These rosters can help to capture patterns in score sending—quarter over quarter—and can aid in the tracking of score-sending patterns year over year.

Summary Statistics Report

In July and December, we will send out Summary Statistics Reports. The July report shows data for candidates who sent their scores to your program from January through June. You will receive two reports in December: one will reflect data from July through December and the other will reflect the entire calendar year. These reports compare your candidate pool to the entire testing pool based on test takers' self-reported demographic information.

Frequency Ranking Report

You will receive an annual Frequency Ranking Report. This report lists the top 15 programs (based on volume) that received scores from candidates who sent scores to you. The report shows score ranges where your programs overlap with your competitiors, as well as the number of scores that were sent to your program only.
